What is your MOQ for a custom smart watch?
500 pieces per model for mass production. If you are still validating the market,
we accept sample orders from 50 pieces at sample pricing so you can test the product before
committing to a full run.
Can you add ECG or body-composition (BIA) sensing?
Yes. Both are available as sensor-configuration options on the standard board,
so they do not require a new industrial design. ECG is a single-lead measurement intended for
rhythm screening, not a clinical diagnosis. BIA readings are most useful as a trend over
time rather than an absolute number — we recommend presenting them that way in your app.
How long does a sample take, and what does it cost?
7–15 days depending on whether new tooling is involved. Sample cost depends on the
configuration, and it is credited against your first mass-production order.
Do you support private label and custom packaging?
Yes. This is our most common programme. It covers logo on the case back, custom watch
faces, your app name and icon, and a fully custom retail box — with no tooling cost, because it
runs on our existing shell.
Which certifications can you provide?
CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH are the standard set, handled through our test partners. Medical-claim
authorisations such as FDA 510(k) are a separate pathway — talk to us before design freeze if
your product needs one.
Will you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes. We sign before any drawings or specifications are exchanged. We can use your
template or provide ours.
Do you work with first-time hardware buyers?
Yes — a large share of our programmes are first products for the brand. In that case we start with
a branded version of an existing platform rather than a new industrial design, so you can get to
market and learn from real customers before spending on tooling.
